The Icelandic Lava Show is the only place in the world where you can safely experience hot molten lava in close proximity! The show is both educational and exhilarating as the wonderful reviews can testify.
The show recreates a volcano eruption, similar to what Eyjafjallajökull and Katla volcano are famous for, by pouring molten lava (1100°C / 2000°F) into the showroom and over ice. It is an epic battle between the elements and a unique opportunity to get close to red-hot lava, see it flowing, hear it sizzling, and feel the intense heat that radiates from it.
Come visitThe Icelandic Lava Show in the heart of Vík, the charming town nestled in the midst of Katla UNESCO Global Geopark, surrounded by volcanoes, glaciers, and black sand beaches.
There is also an excellent restaurant here that offers a variety of delicious soups, salads and paninis, with both vegan and vegetarian options available. And of course, there is free Wi-Fi.
Do not miss this unforgettable and unique show, and grab the opportunity to experience a show about a volcanic eruption. Check availability by choosing a date.
